No one ever told me you could develop carpal tunnel after you gave birth. Well, I have, and it's killing me! It makes it so much harder to nurse when I'm in pain just from holding her. The doctor I talked to on the phone said that it would clear up after about a week. It's been a week since I talked to that doctor, and it's only gotten worse, so I looked it up on the all mighty internet and discovered that in breastfeeding mothers who develop carpal tunnel, it often doesn't clear up for weeks or months and sometimes not until the baby has weaned! Oh dear. And the only things I can do for it is to take ibuprofen and wear wrist braces.
Rosie is soooo worth all of everything I've gone and am going through, but I really would like a little relief from all the pain. Again, I'm asking for your prayers.

Well there is always surgery too, but trust me- you dont want that. Good luck to you. You're in our prayers!
Seriously curing me of wanting a baby. I look at the baby pictures and she is soo cute that I want one. And then you say how tough it is and I think that I will just stick with Gizmo!!! You are sending me mixed messages!!!! :) I hope you feel better soon. I am sure your beautiful little girl is all worth it!!
Honey,
you need to go to your chiropractor! When you go in for your regular adjustment, make sure you tell her about your wrist, and she will help! And if you want more ideas, I've got 'em! :) Plenty of experience with carpal tunnel here!
love you.
