Okay, so some little things have delayed the house stuff, so the carpet is in, but there are still a few other things that haven't been done yet, so we are still waiting. They have done some of the inspection and appraisal stuff that didn't require those little things (paint touch up, stuff like that). But we're probably not going to be able to close on Friday. We'll still be able to start moving in, but not officially close. Bleh.
So, since those little things are going on, our current mortgage holder decided to sell our loan! ACK! So now the loan is temporarily "missing" as it changes hands, and we can't get the pay off for the title company. Sheesh! Good news is, the title company is willing to work with us, just keep an additional bit of money to hold until they do get the official pay off. So we can still close on this house as scheduled (in theory).
I think I'll be glad when this is all over! haha. Come on, June!

so frustrating! im glad for you someone else is in charge of touch up paint and what not- we were up till 3am painting so we could close on time the next day. lame. :)
