In other news, we are completely moved, and LOVING the new house!!! Still unpacking, sorting, and organizing, and have a lot left to do, though. They are putting in the yard sprinklers this week, and then Bobby will be seeding the lawn. It will be so nice to have grass!
Living in the "country" has its own special adventures. The other day, there was a 3 foot gopher snake in our driveway. They are kinda creepy snakes, because they look a lot like rattlers. Anyway, Bobby got his "man" on, and killed it with a giant rock and a shovel. But the sprinkler guys said they heard another snake out there somewhere. Great.
In Rosie news, we're not quite ready to start trying to potty train, but we got her a potty! It's adorable and pink with Winny the Pooh characters, and it "flushes". It also turns into a step stool. Rosie thinks it's pretty cool. Found it at Marshals for $14.99! (also got a back up potty for the laundry room at Ross for $8!).
Rosie is learning new words every day. Some of them are funny, some of them make you shake your head. Just a few of the more recent ones are "ousee" (outside), "cacuh" (cracker), coke (she's never had it, so this one makes us giggle), and "papee" (potty).
In addition to moving and all that activity and stress, we've all been fighting colds and allergies, and Rosie had an unexplained fever of 103 for one day. She's been SUPER cranky for several days now, and we were just contributing it to the move and extra activities/schedule inturruptions, but after the fever, we're not sure what was going on. We're also not sure if she might be getting her 2 yr molars. Ah, fun.
