We were having a wonderful Easter. Awesome sermon in the morning, and then to my parents' house for festivities. The best ham ever for dinner, and such fun Easter baskets! Lots of candy! And this is the first year that Bobby got me an Easter basket!!! :D Yummy candy!
Rosie did so well with her Easter stuff. She "found" her basket, and pulled each thing out to look at, then my mom and Ashley got her an Easter basket, too, so we repeated the experience all over. She is so spoiled! But she LOVED everything in her baskets!
Then later, the Easter egg hunt. Once she figured out that there were eggs everywhere, she even looked for them herself, and carefully cracked each one open to see if there were snacks inside. So cute!
Dessert was amazing (Thanks, Carrie! YUMMM). And just when we kick back to just relax, Arlen Gingrich (our realtor) calls and says we got a FULL PRICE offer on the house!! They are even paying closing costs! So we met with Arlen that evening, and we are set to close on May 12th! This is just perfect, because our new house may be done then, and at worst, we will only have to move somewhere else for a week or two. My parents have already offered their guest room, so we don't have to worry at all about renting or anything. Praise the Lord!
Our house is coming along wonderfully. We are meeting with the builder and electrician today, and I will try to get fresh pictures with the whole roof on.
And I am now officially in my second trimester at 14 weeks and 2 days. I'm still just under my pre-pregnancy weight, but with all this candy laying around, I don't think it'll be a problem for long! haha.
SOOO much blessing in our lives right now!! I feel very humbled and lowly to be on the receiving end of so much. I only hope that I have wisdom in all these areas and can share my blessings as much as possible with those around me!
